Networking and visit to UnionBank's The Ark which has implemented a cutting-edge digital transaction portal using tablets, allowing for electronic queuing of transactions to branch ambassadors. Customers receive transaction confirmations through email or SMS based on their preferences, significantly reducing account opening times from an hour to just 15 minutes. Additionally, UnionBank showcases their innovation through Eve, a robotic branch ambassador in four Ark branches, and their Control Tower, providing visual insights into NCR Branch Operations.
2023 AIBP ASEAN Tech for ESG Awards Winners
The ASEAN Tech for Environmental, Social, Governance Awards is held with the key objective of recognising organisations who have embarked on ESG projects, utilising digital tools and innovative technologies, with proven impact and results in their sustainability and ESG efforts.
Bukalapak, Jabar Digital Service, Vingroup, were winners of the 2023 AIBP ASEAN Tech for ESG Awards.
A neutral selection committee is formed in each country to review local nominations and select the winners.
